Over the years I have made purchases from the large seed banks and breeder sites as well. It wasn't that their prices were lower than their competitor's (but they are), nor was it that the advertised purchase prices include all fees, free shipping and a BUNDLE of FREEBIES (but it does, and all those freebies in the photo for a $66.00 order!).
