SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

All packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (5-7 business days).

We ask that you give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive to you before reaching out to us.

If we do send you a replacement package, we expect that you will ship back the original package if and when it arrives. We will send you a prepaid label to do so. Please keep in mind that breeder promotions or Strain Envy promotional items may not be available for reshipped orders.

If the USPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless USPS confirms. If this happens to you, USPS can and will help. Before contacting us, please contact your local USPS office and they will geolocate the package and provide you with documentation stating that the package was misplaced, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc. This paperwork is a requirement to obtain replacement seeds on a package that says Delivered in the USPS tracking system.

We ask that customers submit a Delivery Insurance claim within 60 days of expected delivery. USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, so it is important to contact us while the tracking history is still available so we can work on a solution for you.

  1. Verified Delivery is Final Proof of Delivery: All orders are shipped with tracking and require a carrier scan (e.g., USPS, UPS) confirming delivery to the address provided at checkout. A carrier's confirmation of delivery is considered definitive proof that the order was physically delivered to your location. We are not responsible for theft that occurs after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  2. Dispute Resolution Requirement: Before filing a chargeback ("Item Not Received" or "Fraudulent Transaction") with your payment provider or bank, you must contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact are considered fraudulent.

  3. Consequences of Fraudulent Claims: If you file a chargeback or "Item Not Received" claim after the carrier has confirmed delivery:

    • Your order and customer details will be permanently blacklisted in our system and shared with industry-wide fraud prevention networks.

    • All pending orders will be canceled, and you will be permanently banned from future purchases.

    • We will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies. This includes, but is not limited to, filing a police report for theft in your jurisdiction and pursuing litigation in small claims court to recover the full value of the goods, plus all associated fees (chargeback fees, legal costs, and administrative expenses).

Legal Action Policy:

Filing a false "Item Not Received" claim after verified delivery constitutes Theft by Deception (or the equivalent in your local jurisdiction). It is a criminal act, not merely a payment dispute.

It is the standard operating procedure of Strainenvy.com to report all suspected fraud and property crimes to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. We will provide the investigating authorities with all transaction details, proof of delivery, and any relevant correspondence. You may be contacted by law enforcement as part of their investigation.
