Honey Banana S1 is the result of a self-pollination programme that 'forces' female plants to produce male flowers for purposes of fertising its own female flowers for seed production. This method has the advantage of locking-in the plants' attributes with increased yields and a shorter flowering time.

Honey Banana S1 is a high-yielding indica with a sweet, fruity flavour. Flowering times indoors are 8 - 9 weeks with yields 16 - 19oz/m2 (up to 525gr/m2). Plants have a bushy structure and will benefit from defoliation to promote light penetration and air flow, thereby reducing the chances of mould.

The buds have a sweet taste and scent of honey and bananas, with flroal and vanilla notes. The effect is at first uplifting, becoming very relaxing and soothing. Recommended for after work and evening consumption. It may help to provide a good night's sleep.
